I do not believe the MC of SWM will rise immediately on this announcement.
On this deal MME will issue MMe shares to SWM. This is a good deal for MME. This take over is similar to SWm take over PRT. On this announcement the sP of MmE will go up. as a result the asset value of SWM will rise as MME SP rises
