Super important here is momentum ( deals , managment, ideas, new concepts, new products , market leadership, et.) ....
from 2012 company momentum was lost....hence we had decline across the board...
from 2021 we established new base and momentum is here and we are on the way up...divi will just prove the point..
but we are better today then we were in 2014...
