I asked him about that question having no debt;
If they lowered their debt it would adversely impact the valuation because equity is far more expensive to finance with than debt. Why would they have little to no debt? There's nothing wrong with debt, it's a cheaper form of financing than equity, you just need to not have an excessive level of debt and right now they are sitting not too far from the industry.
