I guess what going to happen in August 2022
The SP around 80 cents and declare a dividend of 1.6 cents due to following
NEC declared a dividend of 5.5 cents and their SP was around 2.80
If SWm SP hit around 80 cents the divenend will be around 1.6 cents (80*5.5|280)
SwM MC is currently 993mil and SP is 62.5 cents
To pay 1.6c dividend SWM have to spend 25mil (993*1.6/5.5)
Its better SWM pay the same amount the opposition pay and keep money for M and A
