I guess there going to be a merger between SWM and SXL soon due to following
SXL trying to sell its regional TV for 105 mil and they are finding difficult to find a buyer to pay 105 mil for it.
There MC is currently 430 mil
There current SP is 1.63
The merger deal will be a script 2.5 SWM shares for each SXL share
This will be a good move for both companies
