I wouldn't be detailing dividends or otherwise so far out from end of the financial year and issuance of financial reports etc.
For me, to much can happen between now and August and if the right opportunity presented itself for an acquisition would prefer that be considered based on cash and facilities in hand that haven't been committed elsewhere before they needed to be.
Acknowledge this differs from the view of others.
