Between stokes and SVW they hold 80% of the stock, that doesn't leave a lot to play around with for the rest of us. Similar trading patterns noted when Hochtief took out CIM, drive the price lower and lower, squeeze smaller holders out and then the co. is primed to be taken out at a lowball sp.
I'd say kerry or svw (or both) bleeding the co. for a takeover they are the only ones with that amount clout to do it, especially now attractive in low interest enviro of low debt.
Pity it will go for much less than valuation.
