Spheria Asset Mgt are the next major holders and have been slowly reducing their holdings, I'd say into a stokes owned investment vehicle, he has several, and if they lose i'd say they will be looked after via stokes investing with them to boost their funds under mgt, hence great way to improve performance pay.
All really speculation but I was 100% right with CIM 2 years ago, just feels like going the same way, just on the cusp of dividend re-introduction.
Money changes hands but human nature remains constant. Kerry loves a bargain and knows how to get it, just look at Boral, another casualty of craftsmanship.
