A) Macro market is now discounting all traditional media companies on potential slow down in economic activity in Australia as a result of rising interest rates and inflation.
B) Specifically to SWM, SWM has used alot of its cash buffer to acquire prime. SWM still has significant debt and now a good portion of its cash has been spent on acquisitions. Hence SWM risk profile has increased.
Hence market is getting out first and ask questions later.
Share price could well drop back its its 40c support.
I hold but not adding yet.
