I think the main issue is that Kerry owns majority and some big holders as well but minimum retail holders therefore allways going down after a pump, then the cycle starts again. I do believe it's a $1 stock but would the bigger holders allow it to get there as if you are long it doesn't matter how much the SP os rather what are the returns ie DIVS, then the SP will take care of it's self and this is when we will get to a 1$ in low volume. Overseas markets down so looks like 45c here we come.
