I am not fully across how they do it, but they have means and resources to manipulate. It's not they just keep sell sell sell. In the interim they do opportune buys as well. They game it such a way to make holders panic and SP goes lower. Watch the pattern carefully, will help you in the future.
They can borrow shares to sell as well but need to return it back at some point.
