No more M&A's. It is literally why SWM dumped all those years ago. Spending sprees are bad SWM holders want a return. That's the whole point of bringing the business back to profit. If you don't understand that go watch the feb results and all the broker questions. They weren't happy with the lack of transparency due to dividends. And guess what, these were the guys who just screwed us for the past 3 weeks. It’s a fund held stock. And plus, our Prime merger did nothing to instil market confidence. And Prime holders are used to getting a return for their money. At these prices the smartest thing to do is a buyback. Forget a nothing dividend.Use the 100million to buy us back and put a goddamn bottom on this stock.
