Yep. It seems SWM is the only company I've ever seen on the ASX that seems to have constant 'BLACKOUT' periods *cough cough* for their management. I've seen so many stocks in the past 3 months have funds and management buy in heavy. We have management making 1-5 million in salaries a year, and billionares on our boards and they never want to buy in??? Even when the price tanks 50% + percent to their last buy ins? Simply stupid. If they were considering a buy back they also don't have to wait until aug 16th they could have announced it like so many other companies have also. However now within a month of Aug 16th it probably is a blackout period but May and June would NOT have been. The other horrible thing about SWM is that their 'investments' are always tech and finance based. They also most of the time do horribly. Except for that lucky airtasker escape a few years ago, everything SWM invests in is rubbish.
