In answer to your question, it is very, very cheap IMO (as expanded on previously with the my reasoning) and this should come into sharp focus with the results next Tuesday, when they could resume dividend payments. If they do, expect a very positive response. If they don't, IMO the stock will perform well anyway on anything but a really poor result (which I don't think is likely)
