I don’t agree this is likely. The last 18 months they have completely resolved their balance sheet issue. Very comfortable now. Plus, taken huge cost out of the business and developed leading BVOD position which underpins less cyclical and higher quantum of earnings. Plus, the stock price, against this background, has already been trashed, in my view for cynical reasons - accumulation from like of GS. Finally, rates are going up; cash generative business are more valuable in this environment. SWM thriws off large free cash p.a.
