Sell them by all means. If they pay 1c there'll be plenty of buyers, because it will bring in the prospect of moms and pops and income funds returning, even though the main point is simply that it is too cheap and how they decide to configure the capital structure (more or less capital returned to shareholders) doesn't alter that fact. Just over 3x EV/EBITDA! Under 4x EBIT (because this is not a capex consuming business). Go find that elsewhere with your sale proceeds (you'll struggle to), and watch the stock price drift back up to 70c+ where it really should be.
