lol looks like you will be selling your 400k shares, NO dividend, instead the proposed 10% buy back at 'opportunistic prices' ie no guaranteed buyback.
Smart move by the Stokes family, by doing the share buy back they increase their ownership without having to make a take over offer. They will accumulate their ownership position over time without ever having to offer a take over premium.
The market knows this and hence why SWM consistently trades at a discount to where it should based on pure fundamentals.
