If they had paid a 1c dividend and a further 1c interim dividend, the stock would be yielding 4%. YOU quoted how SXL and others were paying dividends to make your case, but when SXL announced their dividend it was not yielding higher than that. So, you want it both ways. If they had announced the 1c plus and interim dividend to come, the stock would be up not down. Anyway, it's cheap and now you're waiting for 60c plus - bit of a flip
