Yes, most people here expecting a dividend today for as seems swm can afford it. But when take a close look at its balance sheets available today, it only have 37 million cash on hand which could not afford a 2 or 1 cents from cash flow prospects currently. On the other hand it long term debt reduce to 296 million from 363 million, it pay off debt instead pay dividends to shareholders which is not bad thing at all. Whether it pay dividend or not today have no impact on business intrinsic value for long term investor. Plus buy back announcements.
