More than likely buyback. Sellers aren't replenishing immediately too, which is good to see. Should be a decent increase up to the end of Sept, then the whole market will crap the bed when the FED raises rates again and the cycle repeats. Hopefully back to the steady 60-70 range going into Christmas.
