They only said they have approval to buy back, which was to say something to divert the attention from the no dividend announcement. I dont think they will be buying back any shares, and if they do it will be nowhere near the 10% cap. They dont have to buy any, if they believed in the buyback then surely they would have dipped their toes in the 40's. This mob has zero care for the smaller shareholders.
