If they do not buy or buy meaningless amount then:
1. $100mln will be more in the bank ...used to pay divi next year
2. Credibility questioned..
what will they gain ..just delay inevitable..JW has shares too...
in any case there is notch downside...
they will be in the corner after 4 months...
next year divi must happen...
