When I mentioned frustration, not only can that be us retail investors but also larger instos. There is nothing stopping an insto deciding it wants out, reaching out to SWM and then dumping their holding via an on-market trade at current prices with SWM on the other side of the transaction. This is potentially where I see SWM can get large volumes on the buy back.
