NEC can be the reference here..they , too, very caution on BUy back... they put clear guidance on Ebita but still buy slow..
we can say following:
1.both companies do want to pay min. Per share price possible...they have a range.. well, it is a good thing..saves us Cash..
2. Where cash will be used? A. Pay down more debt..in raising % environment it is good to pay down even more..not that we have issue with debt but still good to pay down due to recent interest rate spike or & and pay some Divi
3. With fully digitized business we will continue to deliver over 300mln Ebita in next 12 months ( this year I expect 250mln) but with clear Cash I of approx. 200mln there is only one way this SP will go..UP!
