Seven, Foxtel lock in cricket TV rights deal, stumping Ten
Foxtel and Seven have retained Cricket Australia’s television rights, in a seven-year deal that will see the free-to-air broadcaster pay less in cash to carry test matches, their digital streaming rights, and a slimmed-down Big Bash League.The deal, which will be officially announced before the third Test match between Australia and South Africa at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Wednesday, will run from 2024-25 to the 2030-31 season and will include two Ashes Test series and two Indian tours of Australia.
