No, they can not- quite period ..they will resume purchase when 1h is anounced....same like NECTill June 2023 - swoop shares via BUy back and pay down remaining debt - makes sence as % shot up..- makes sence from capital managment point of view..From June 2023 >>giving back to Shareholders..Divi will likely be called for 2H - my guess 2c fully franked for 6months..next year expect 5 to 6c fully franked for 12 month
