Up or Down ??, page-4847

This thread needs to renamed from "Up or Down" to "Going Nowhere".

Whilst the underlying P&L metrics look solid, the market is clearly seeing this as a private plaything of Seven Group at the moment. Unless and until it starts looking like a company operating in the interests of all holders, there is no incentive to own this stock.

There have been so many false hopes over a resumption of dividends over the past 3 half year periods and all we have seen is a half-hearted share buy-back. I suspect that unless there are definitive statements / actions in relation to resumption of dividends when SWM reports their FY23 results in coming months, then this share price will continue to languish at these levels for the foreseeable future - despite the clear disconnect between generated cashflow and share valuation.

I am still holding some, but I disposed of most of my holdings a couple of months back out of exasperation.
