True, SVW owns 39% of SWM and the stragegy outlined in varying degrees was used for other businesses in SVW's portfolio (Westrac / Coats / Boral)
I have not checked to see if SVW had consistently increased theit shareholding by 3% every 6 months.
There dues not seem to be any urgency in the BB - I would have thought increasing the BB would be in SVW's best interest.
