consumer spending and advertising revenue issue in high interest rate environment ,declining trend of traditional media revenue (losing market share to new enter), for seven itself no dividend for 5 years which means no stable return of capital, this may make people , institutions fund lack of interest to buy, and share price too low itself could block some big institutions to enter to buy. I read a book said in US some big invest fund not allow to buy share price below 1 dolor, not allow to buy a stock market cap less than 1 billion etc. not sure in australia. but I feel it may be same.institutions May to lots of internal rules.
