not necessarily, if trading revenue still decline like 2rd half of 23, seven still not paying dividends. the price may further down. like today, whole market up 1.3%, swm still down 0.5c, at 36C still lots of people want to sell given your prediction of earnings pre share is around 11c.so seven definitely need a dividend or extend buy back, better both to stabilize share price!
