but management need consider company cash position, projected cashflow, future dividend,other investment opportunities, trading conditions etc as well. for example if swm spend extra 50 million to buy back could cost companies 1-3 million extra interest (depend on the time of buying), it is game of how to use cash wisely ,effectively and efficiently to me.
