I feel so, seven definitely need it immediately. for example bring net debt from 200 million down to 150 million not a big deal to company.but these 50 million to pay as dividends is very important for small shareholders hold medium and long term given 5years no dividend and balanced sheet about repaired. the cost to company is 6% interest annually .but on other hand hold cash not pay dividends show Kerry's faith,long term view and vision of company. if swm is a hopeless company, will bust in a foreseeable future.he will pay out of cash as 40% will go to his private company. I estimate the cash reverse should over 100 million if they not pay further debt ,they should make a dividend if trading condition not get too bad year23-24.
