yes,NEC spend 150 million to buy back, and 200 million dividends if 2rd half dividends hold, they are net debt is very close to 300 million (not included domain)on half year report, roughly they spend 75 million on buy back on 2rd half. need pay out close to 100 million if their 2rd half dividend hold at 6C, that means 175million cash out on 2rd half .
I expect either they will cut dividend or net debt increased on coming report.
