In Kerry's director report he says "Now that we are back at #1 we are totally focused on increasing our leadership and ensuring that position translates to increased revenue, earnings and shareholder returns". Clearly this isn't a direct reference to dividends, but I interpreted it as a teaser.
Also I believe there was a dividend question asked to Kerry at the presentation last year, he did his best to dodge it ofcourse but hinted that they would like to reinstate them once debt was under control.
I feel an extension of the buy back would be a shocking result for us all...
