They got a nice bump in the share price through from re-introducing the dividend. Kerry likes the buyback as increases his stake in the business and doesn’t need the money. But a weak share price limits ability to acquire other businesses to drive earnings growth. He can’t ignore that. Just look how undervalued we are compared to NEC. Makes him look like a very poor operator. Dividend doesn’t need to be massive, but needs to happen.
