I am on same boat with you,but how do you know next 12 months will be strong recovery?base on what facts or reports?at current price 38c market seems disagree with you.I don't know about 12 months specifically under current high interest rate environment, but if 16 august there is no dividend announced, it is strong indicator to me management have no confidence over next 12 months and near future despite they always said they are very confident about swm future.why? cash should over 100 millions on 280 million debts. net debts around 0.6-0.7* EBITDA, debt stands around 1* EBITDA with 600 million bank facility. there is no point not paying some form dividends to desperate shareholders if they are confident about future earnings and cashflow.
