We will see shortly how the board (KS) gets around the option of paying dividends to share holders, we all saw how the QUASI buyback went, maybe the board (KS) might decide to continue with the buyback which at the current rate would take another 3 years to complete. Does anyone else feel that there is too much history with SWM and KS? Is this company his hobby plaything nowadays? He is the chairman and what he says goes without question and I don’t think the market will ever take this company seriously while he has this power over it. He stood down as chairman of SEVEN GROUP in 2021, he should do the same for SWM.
