Fixed on contracts...but contracts are priced well with inflation..
area to dig:
1. Huge over 2200 headcount..over the years there are lot of inefficientcy..you can easly shed 3% every year a d control spend.. 2. Remove fixed cost..they are consolidating finally offices...
3. Sell more at better margin...I put my bet on VOZ and cod7...lets see next 12 months here..
4. There are clear opportunities, I know managment is prudent ...now they have to be more aggressive on cost and more aggressive on Revenue..
Overall market was not good last 12 months but it is changing ( more sable now)...
NEC reported similar declines..but I see it as temporary..
