K Stokes has been in this business a long long time, since his first 19% stake back in 1996 when the share price was about $4.50 then seeing the share price run up to $16 odd dollars then crashing to almost oblivion because nobody in the business saw the future coming, Google him and you get “The ASX listed media group CONTROLLED by billionaire businessman Kerry Stokes” who’s wealth has increased exponentially but that is no thanks to SWM holding, this is just his hobby nowadays too many friends (staff) in cosy jobs on the payroll in super cushy roles.
This company needs a complete overhaul, problem is how can this be implemented when you have a ASX listed company that is practically run privately by 1 controlling interest.
