agreed but this point is about the underlying company. A different issue. That's why in the SXL thread I made commentary regarding SWM.
SWM is being run very very well as a company. But as investors we need to wear two minds: a) The underlying company b) The corporate play.
The benefit of Stokes and Co: *They don't want to blow up the underlying company in which they have a significant investment.
Things are no singular dimension on investing as a tadpole.
Hence me as a tadpole, swimming around, entering and exiting (which doesn't effect market price, I can buy and sell and the share market price is the same!!!), nibling on food, but trying to be agile enough, avoiding the whales when they come along, but also trying to gauge the whales systmatic strategy!!!
