TX Australia sale will also generate significant revenue. I forgot the numbers but consider it to be circa 75-100mil which I think will come before the portfolio sale.
Also to add that Channel 9 is losing key categories in the ratings, with AFL, BB and news programs well ahead. Upcoming 27 games of footy in 28 days will also provide another advertising and revenue boon. Expect this to be highlighted significantly in upcoming announcement that this has generated sig. revenue.
