SXL takeover indicated an interest in Media business..
thr business will not go anywhere...
SXL valued at 250mln..generates what 5 to 15mln ebita in best years...Net Debt around 100mln from memory...
SWM hovering around 400MC..which is laughable..has produced 250 to 310mln Ebitda...
cash will improve for SWM ( taxes sorted, investment in digital tools almost done)..from Jan onwards we should see stringer cashflow..
