but terrible move of its swn share price, 400 million market cap company take over potential 1 billion revenue company ( market cap May over 600 million)? max 250 million bank facilities left to use, just wondering how can he do it? except future of swm, influence, strategy etc. kerry stoked need look after swm share price and retail shareholders as well( I have look seven group financial position today, just notice the net debts stand at over 4 billion, it is very high for a company of such size), that means not much cash available for SVW to spend as well.
