Spot on he could lob an offer anytime at no or very little premium like half a cent than last trading price, the way the share price is at the moment he could offer a 10 cent premium which if it was accepted would wipe out most longer term holders.
This is the exact scenario is playing out currently with PACT GROUP and RAPHAEL GERMINDER.
These guys don’t give two $hits about retail shareholders, I have learned that the hard way that they just use shareholders.
