long term holder not necessary to sell, so the market price is not relevant. sounds very theoretical and make sense. but in reality some shareholders may need sell his holding for some reason as not he planed, now the arguable decision ( prime over 100 million,AIN67 million, code+ 40 million, cause cash outflow 200 million+), for example can code+ trading platform can been hold fir develop for 1 or 2 years, is that really be so urgent than pay shareholder some cash dividends? cash outflow over 200 million leave 6 years no dividends, make shareholders with huge loss if they sell at market price for some reason.and today share price hitting new low.
