1. Goverment creating additional rules , taxes, and fair profit share with SWM , NEC ..or circling sporting rights as local only can buy ( national interest
2. Putting NECand SWM financial power together + rebate from Goverment making uneconomic for Amazon of likes to attack
I am sure they have some smart individuals in Australia to figure it out
