Im in retail, when they announced Google shopping, its crap. Its there shopping portal, you'll see links next to pictures, maps etc on search.

Anyway, when they put that up, they dropped retailers from the top 50 search results and replaced those spots with blogs, news etc so retailers were not found easy.

See they got no money from genetic results, and get 10c to $1 per click on shopping clicks.

Pay or not be found.

I held page 1 number 1 on more than 20 top search words for 10 years prior, 200k visits per month, never more than 20k now, rest I have to pay for. You guessed it addwords.

I do expect them to change a logarithms so swm, nine etc articles are not found in the first few pages of search.

See swm runs adsense to, so when you click an add Google pays swm already.

So by dropping search, less genetic visits, less adsense revenue.for swm.

Catch 22, Google has it stitched up with addwords where they get money to send and adsense once a visitors gets to the site and clicks a banner or link.
