These are only whispers DK, it could of been a slip of the tongue or a mistake. Plus it wasn't from their finance team, only from a snr geo, so I wouldn't get too worried just yet. One thing he did question to MF was the 18 mio exploration cost at Mokopane, to which MF remarked 'in what currency?'. They tried to get hold of the reporter of that article on the web, and couldn't. 18 mio - more like 1.8 million AUD or 3 million etc...They admit that they have neglected this project, but I think it is on their list of things to do in 2008.
They also explained that BHP are very strict with quality control procedures in Mumbwa, and will only let AIM use certain equipment that they have passed. This can cause delays with drilling etc...because ideally they would of liked to of started drilling much sooner.
