winkinatcha thanks for taking the time to reply, very much appreciated. i take it you have served also by knowing what a soldiers five is. Also thanks for sharing your trading plan as such. Dont worry i wasnt after all your secrets, but very informative anyway.

My problem is materalising what i have in my head onto paper. As i no that if i dont put pen to paper i wont have a set of SOP's as such that i must obey. I was mainly interested on how you set things out, like is your plan on the back of the beer coaster, or very detailed and even entry stops and exits are written down on every trade before you trade to help caluculate profits or losses, ETC.

I have a another two weeks off still before i have to return to work, so i will just have to find the time to put pen to paper and write down whats in my head.

It may just have to be - (Like This Do That)
