    Yes I heared similar but then I also heared the reason the treatment was given as a 24 hour infusion was to try to reduce or spread the load of die off. I guess that is the thing, we won't know until phase 2 .
    I am not sure if I am correct but my understanding is phase1 is healthy humans. It seems in a healthy human there "should" be no effect as no dying bad bacteria but even then we don't know if any "good bacteria" naturally occurring will be taken out.
    They seem confident after multiple animal trials but it seems to date there have been no human results. The dr who tried it recently was via some sort of cheek infusion? And assume he was healthy so good sign for phase 1 but still doesn't tell us how human body deals with the die off.
    so my theory is if applied externally maybe we minimise this risk. If there is no risk one would think they would have started trialls by now?
